BIOGRAPHY
Christina Freeman (she/her) is an artist and curator. Her projects have been featured in Artforum, Vulture, Hyperallergic, and Art F City among others. 
Freeman’s work has received support through international residences, grants, and exhibitions, including Beard and Weil Galleries, Wheaton College (2025), NARS Foundation, Brooklyn (2024), The Bronx Museum of the Arts (2023-2024), The Trust for Governors Island (2023), PS122 Gallery (2022), Creative Time (2019), Queens Museum (2018-2019), Culture Push (2018-2019), ARoS Public, Aros, Denmark (2018); Danish Arts Foundation (2018), ABC No Rio (2017-2025), NEA (2017 + 2018), NYSCA (2017-2020), NYC Department of Cultural Affairs (2017-2020), Andy Warhol Foundation (2017), Flux Factory, Queens (2016-2018); SOMA, Mexico City (2012); Galería Pérdida, Michoacán (2012), and Red House, Sofia, Bulgaria (2012).
Freeman’s recent curatorial projects include Inherit America: Carlos Javier Ortiz and Laurence Ralph (2025) at Princeton University SPIA and Support Systems (2025) at Longwood Art Gallery, Bronx Council on the Arts.
