Joo Won Park – February 27th
Performing with Technology in the 21st Century – with Special guests: Adam Vidiksis, Vibraphone and BEEP Ensemble (Temple University.)
Today’s contemporary electronic music performance is similar to that of traditional performance: there is no need for prerecorded sounds, and both the audience and performers cannot predict the exact interaction or outcome. In this performance, Joo Won Park will present original electroacoustic music that is best experienced in a concert setting due to its algorithmic and interactive nature.
